At The University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro, developers are following green building guidelines - conserving energy, minimizing impact on surroundings and providing the best environment for patients, visitors and staff.

Hospital administrations not only commit to excellence in patient care, but also take responsibility for the planet by reducing waste and adopting programs designed to minimize their impact on the surroundings.

The University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro in Plainsboro, NJ - in partnership with NRG Energy, Inc. - is using environmentally sustainable energy as it fulfills its mission of providing high-quality health care. Additionally, the technologies in place will reduce the facility's operating costs and diminish its impact on the environment.

Executive Insight took our cameras inside the new facility - part of the Princeton HealthCare System - for an up-close look with President and CEO Barry Rabner.
