The results of Executive Insight's first salary survey exposed some interesting statistics that mostly mirror what hospital executives have been experiencing over the past 12 months.
CNO Report
Just 39 percent of CNOs earned a bump in pay in the past year, but those who did were well compensated.
CMO Report
Medical officers are highly evaluated on several factors, and just 42 percent told us they earned raises last year.
COO Report
Only 44 percent of COOs saw their salary rise during the past 12 months, but of those, 26 percent earned an increase of more than 4 percent.

Seventy-five percent of CFOs reported receiving a salary increase in the past 12 months.
